Specialist Counselling for Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
If you have experienced manipulation, coercive control, emotional abuse, or other harmful relationship patterns, I offer specialist support to help you understand what happened, rebuild your sense of self, and recover.
This includes recovery from narcissistic abuse in relationships with partners, parents, family members, adult children, and workplace situations.
